The hotel was very bad because there is no lobby for the hotel to stay at It is rent for a restaurant called le contour So that means that u will find people drinking and smoking everywhere Not recommended And not suitable for families

Whilst it was over the other side of the street, the family room was lovely and spacious - great decor and suited our family of 4 very well. We loved all the complimentary snacks (and wine), really enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were all very helpful and lovely and the location of the hotel was superb for exploring Brussels.

Location is excellent except taxi cannot come close to the hotel and you have to drug our luggage 200m on cobblestone pavement. Room is relatively big, the pressure in shower is great, bed and bedding are good.

I had a wonderful stay at Craves! Smooth check-in process with attentive staff, beautiful interiors, and a prime location! The room was beautiful with floral designs and complimentary coffee and snacks. The breakfast selection was amazing! There was an assortment of pastries, shakshuka, eggs, bacon, cheese and meats tray, fresh bread, cereal, and more! There was a grocery store near the hotel. The hotel shares the restaurant space with a lively ambiance and fun crowd, but I had no noise issues on the 3rd floor.
